Lauren and her partner travelled from Auckland to Raglan for their maternity photography session, and I loved creating this one for them.


We had a consultation beforehand where Lauren showed me the kind of photographs she was drawn to, and from there we planned her outfits together and I added my own creative direction to bring everything to life.


On the day, we met at a quiet car park and I guided the entire session from start to finish. The shoot was around an hour, with plenty of time for beautiful portraits of Lauren as well as photographs with her partner.


The result is a collection of maternity photographs that feel natural, intimate and completely personal to them.

Lauren absolutely loved her images, and I honestly can't wait to see them printed and hanging throughout their home.


They travelled from Auckland for their maternity photography in Raglan, but I also welcome women from Hamilton and throughout the Waikato who want something a little more personal and natural than a traditional more staged maternity photoshoot.
