Is A Goddess Shoot® for me?
If you identify as a women then the short answer is: YES! The Goddess Shoot® experience is for all women of all ages, ethnicities, shapes and forms. It's time to get out of your comfort zone and learn to love yourself with all of your perfect imperfections.
I never had a photoshoot done, does this matter?
Absolutely not! Over 90% of my goddesses never had any professional photos of themselves taken, I know how intimidating this can be to be in front of the camera but do not worry. I will guide you through poses and everything the whole way. I promise you, you will have the best time and experience and will feel so empowered during and after our shoot.
Where are you based? Do you travel?
I am based in beautiful Raglan, New Zealand. All of my shoots are based here. The scenery and energy here is perfect for empowering photoshoots. I want to travel to Australia and Europe one day and work there but for the time being it's NZ.
Im not sure if I want to do nude images...
No problem at all. The nude option is fully optional and you can decide on the day if you feel up for it. I also NEVER post any nude images without your permission on any of my platforms.
Do you have payment options?
In order to secure your date I require a $200 non-refundable deposit. This allows me to save the date for you. You can then put aside the outstanding amount until our shoot, as the full amount is not due until 2 weeks prior to our shoot. I am booked out a few months ahead which will give you plenty of time to put some money aside for our shoot :)
If I am insecure about parts of my body, will you avoid photographing them?
Absolutely, I will make sure to discuss prior to my shoot with you all of the things you love and learn to love more about your body. I won't photograph any parts of you, you don't want photographed.
What should I wear?
The best thing to wear are classic dresses you feel comfortable in. Items that do not date and make you feel beautiful. I also have a variety of dresses and outfit options available (check the OUTFIT tab in the menu) ranging from size 6-14 which you can borrow for our shoot. I am currently getting more and more sizes and styles on board. I do a consult before our shoot and we discuss outfit ideas then! I got your back!
Why do people get photos taken?
This is always very unique and different for each goddess. I think you should get beautiful photos taken of yourself to honour yourself. To have memories to hold on to, to feel empowered and to get out of your comfort zone. It is a once in a lifetime experience you will not regret.
I am so nervous! I don't know if I can do it!
It is totally normal to feel anxious, worried and nervous prior to our shoot. That is your ego, your old self doubting you, the monkey mind trying to tell you that you can't do it or that you are not ready. Do not listen to it, feel the fear and do it anyway. Amazing things happen outside of our comfort zones and I can promise that this experience will help you to step more into your powerful and authentic self.
