If the world feels heavy right now… you’re not alone.
There are moments where everything feels loud, too much information, too much fear, too. much info eberywhere, too much happening all at once...
And it’s easy to get pulled into it
To feel overwhelmed to feel disconnected, to forget yourself in it all
But here’s something I always come back to… you are allowed to step away, you are allowed to soften, to rest, to turn inward.
Not everything needs your energy, not everything needs your attention.
Taking care of yourself is not selfish, it’s necessary.
Because the world doesn’t need more overwhelmed, disconnected people right now.
It needs people who are grounded, who are present, who remember who they are.
So if things feel heavy… come back to the simple things:
Your breath
Your body
Your people
Your light
You don’t have to carry everything
And you don’t have to do it all at once
